Your tasks – Challenging & varied
- Independent analysis and evaluation of tenders, including preparing recommendations on which tenders we should participate in and which we should not
- Independent handling of public and private tenders from initial analysis through to final submission
- Development of tailored concepts and solution scenarios based on customer requirements
- Preparation of cost calculations and profitability analyses for proposals
- Leading projects throughout the entire tender process and coordinating all involved departments
- Active use of AI tools to support concept development, content creation, and cost calculations
- Quick familiarization with new topics, technologies, and customer requirements
- Continuous optimization of processes, templates, and quality standards within tender management
Your profile – Convincing & Ambitious
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Strong interest in developing expertise in tenders, proposal management, and cost calculation
- High level of motivation to take ownership and drive topics independently
- Interest in using AI tools and modern technologies, along with openness to learning new methods
- Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex topics in a clear and convincing manner
- Ideally, initial exposure to project work, cost calculations, concept development, or tender processes (e.g., through studies, internships, or early career experience)
