As a Recruiting Manager (m/f/d), you oversee the entire recruiting process – from sourcing the right candidates to successful placement. You build long-term relationships with both talent and clients, ensuring the perfect match. Your tasks – Challenging & varied
- You work closely with the sales team and independently take responsibility for identifying, approaching, and attracting qualified candidates for our client companies.
- You manage the entire recruiting process – from understanding hiring needs and directly approaching suitable candidates to successfully filling the position.
- You coordinate and oversee the entire application process and ensure a professional candidate experience.
- You conduct structured phone and in-person interviews to assess the professional and personal qualifications of candidates.
- You actively identify suitable talent through Xing, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms and networks.
- You develop targeted recruiting strategies together with the sales team and contribute your own ideas to optimize candidate sourcing.
- You actively contribute your expertise in working with different contract types such as contracting, direct placement, or temporary staffing (employee leasing) throughout the recruiting process.
Your profile – Convincing & Ambitious
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting within the staffing or personnel services industry.
- You possess strong knowledge of at least one of the following contract types: contracting, direct placement, or temporary staffing (employee leasing).
- You impress with a confident presence, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of people.
- You work in a structured and self-reliant manner and are able to keep an overview even when managing several projects in parallel.
- Active sourcing via LinkedIn, Xing, and other channels is a natural part of your daily work.
- You are fluent in German and have good English skills, and you are confident in using common MS Office applications.
- A completed apprenticeship or university degree is an advantage but not mandatory – your experience and network within the staffing industry are more important.
