As part of our IT support team, you will be the first point of contact for technical challenges – both on-site and remotely. You will resolve software and hardware issues, work closely with our administrators, and ensure stable IT operations through thorough documentation.

Your tasks – Challenging & varied

Receiving and handling IT support requests (first and second level)

Onsite and remote support, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues

Collaboration with system administrators and other teams

Maintenance of knowledge bases and documentation
Your profile – Convincing & Ambitious

Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or a comparable qualification

Initial experience in IT support or system administration is desirable

Good knowledge of the Windows environment, Active Directory, as well as hardware and peripherals

Strong communication skills, service orientation, and a structured way of working

Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)

Driver’s license class B and willingness to travel occasionally for work
